Chitty Chitty Bang Bang

Tsk tsk... bad blogger! I have done a total of one outfit posts this week. Doh! A combination of being summoned for jury duty (didn't get picked or even questioned YAY!), cold weather, and plain old laziness has made for a week of boring outfits. So instead of changing out of my sweatshirt and ripped jeans, I am posting pictures of the bangs that I wish I had. Once my layers grow out a wee bit, I will get bangs cut. Probably side-swept since my hair is wavy and super thick, but I can still dream of blunt bangs, right?! Oh, and I promise an outfit post for tomorrow! :)

So... What Do You Think?

  1. You should get bangs like meeeeeeeeeeee!

You are absolutely gorgeous, so whatever you get done will just further compliment your beauty-- but I'm biased as say definitely get bangs-- they bring attention to your eyes! (Blunt, of course! Then you can sweep 'em outta your face and get the sideswept look or bobbypin them back!)

  2. Amber: Thanks! I totally love your bangs! Are they hard to style? I am pretty lazy when it comes to my hair... I barely brush it :/ haha! I would love to have bangs like yours, though!!!

  3. You said you have thick wavy hair, and so do I. If you decide to get bangs like mine, just tell them you want them extra thick. When I told my uncle's finance (she's a hairstylist!) that, she looked at me like I was crazy, but with thick hair, thick bangs are the best way to go. That way, all you have to do is flip your hair upside down and the bangs will flop forward rather than having to pick them apart from your longer hair. Plus, with the longer bangs, your natural part (or my callick!) won't be a problem.

Sorry this comment is so lengthy! I just typed and typed without realizing how much I'd written.

So in short (ha.) the only product I have to use in my hair is the Johnson and Johnson detangler spray, and it only takes me a minute to style. ;)

And thank you for the compliment!
